Nice installation and really nice properties, the new management are making the difference. I had a great experience with Vanessa Rodriguez , she was professional, kind and very helpful. I highly recommend this place .

I'm giving this place a one-star rating due to several ongoing issues. Despite paying a significant amount, the grills are consistently out of order, and the pool is often dirty or closed. Management fails to fulfill their promises and keeps worsening conditions for tenants. Initially, they promised free coworking rooms, which are now paid, and free coffee, which is no longer available. Parking is a nightmare: they tow my car even from my rented spot, demanding documents that have no relevance, while refusing to tow other ca... read more
