Completely irresponsible management team. I’ve been living here for several months, and none of the issues I’ve reported have been resolved after the first—or even second—attempt. Emails and complaints often go unanswered, communication is poor, and it frequently feels like no one is taking responsibility for resident concerns. I have lived at Marina Del Sol for four years, and unfortunately the quality of management and building operations has steadily declined during that time. The biggest issue is the management team, which has consistently been unresponsive, dismissive, and difficult to communicate with when residents raise concerns. The office keeps charging me $30-$60 monthly service fees for not having renters insurance, which I do possess since day one. They did it to me for 4 months last year and then again this year for 3 month so far. I've had renters insurance the entire time that l've lived at Marina Del Sol. I keep sending the office documentation for proof of renters insurance and nothing changes. It’s the plan recommended on their website. It's the same circle around, we’ll fix it by Monday. Don’t be fooled by the “oceanfront” look. From the outside the complex looks nice and the location is great — that’s the only real plus. Inside, everything is much more complicated.
