Great vacation rental experience. Great views no matter which side of building you rent on. Very quiet while we were there. We were on the second floor and we never heard any noise from above. The patios are great for two people. We were on the harbor side of the building and enjoyed watching all the boats and sea birds. There are 4 or 5 good restaurants within walking distance.
I usually visit the harbor on Friday mornings. Saw an ad slick for a unit "For Sale." 1bd1ba for $755k. Not an ocean view, but a "boat" view. They have a nice rock garden, though...
