THEY DO NOT REFUND THE SECURITY DEPOSIT DO NOT APPLY HERE! I applied here and paid the $40 application fee + $250 security deposit and I still have not received it. Property management hasnt responded back after 3 weeks. Other tenants have ran into the same issue and no resolution. Dont apply!
