In my opinion this is one of the worst places to live in Aventura and not worth the inflated cost by a long shot. The traffic is unbearable and it takes almost 30 minutes just to get on the highway. The residents are some of the most rude and pretentious people even by Miami standards. The HOA removed most of the landscaping that once made the place beautiful and have overly restrictive rules. You can get much better value almost anywhere else.
