I have been living in this community for 2 years now and am impressed by the agility and sincerity of the community managers and maintenance staff alike. I would specially like to thank you Katelyn from the community support team and Mauricio from the maintenance team for their exemplary service and professionalism.
Very good community support!! Vong did an excellent job helping us fix the issues in kitchen，he responded to my request super quick and fixed the issues quickly and perfectly！Also Mauricio helped fix the washer and did an excellent job！ very pleasant experiences🤩

Expect random water shut-offs at any time without notice. You could be in the shower, using the restroom, or just needing water to drink and suddenly there will be none. It can take hours before the water is turned back on. Extremely inconvenient and poorly managed.
