Living at this apartment complex has been a deeply disappointing experience. Management consistently failed to handle legitimate complaints about neighbors, including noise. making it feel like tenant concerns were completely ignored. Communication was poor and often dismissive, leaving residents feeling unsupported and disrespected. Edit to add: Management not responding to emails or calling back , or constantly being told “they’re not in the office” is a constant here, sth I experienced for the past 3 years , their below response is a cop out. I will gladly update this review if I get a genuine response from the mgmt. Can I have someone from the mgmt call me back ? These people have no shame, no emailing back, no calling back , no one here wants to do their jobs. Can I have someone from the mgmt call me back ? These people have no shame, no emailing back, no calling back , no one here wants to do their jobs. One time I called asking for the mgmt and the guy pretended all of sudden he can’t hear me. Another time after the usual pleasantries, upon asking for mgmt they hung up the phone. What’s the password I need to say to get through to a manager? This is the service you should expect if you choose to reside here.
