Rachel turned me down. 1st time visit and only takes appointments. I arrived at 510pm and told me a 515pm appointment was her last cut of the day to make it to a dinner date. Surprised she's still in business turning people away willing to pay money to have a service done. I didn't make it a big deal but turning a paying customer away is a no-go for any business.
