Bought a pacifica hybrid from marina. Vehicle wasnt charged lile promised and they kept the charging cord. Called asking about it, we are told to contact the salesman but he says to contact the desk. Typical runaround. At least the vehicle was clean.
It was the easiest process I have ever had buying a car. I got exactly what I wanted with a great warranty and I even got a wonderful ziebart package to go with it
Don't know whom manages this place but service is great, the trick is not being on the phone. You have to talk to them in person because the line just rings. No one has ever answered the phone at the service desk
The sales man did not want to give me an appraisal on my trade in and got an attitude because I said I had another vehicle I wanted to look at another dealership. The appraisal is a determining factor on what dealer I will be using and what vehicle I am purchasing. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
