Dr Marina Bogdanovic is absolutely the best psychiatrist I could ever ask for. I've used her for 20 years. My husband and I go in at the same time. He chuckles because he tells her that she is the only one who can lay down the law and I will listen. I guess it's your mindset. I read a couple of reviews that complained about her being forthright. Do not bother going here! Was having terrible anxiety, the receptionist didn't like my tone. So she hung up on me. So if your interested in a Dr who is OK with his "receptionist" deciding who gets seen? Or a receptionist who has the power to determine who needs help or not, this is the place for you.
Dr. Bogdanovic is a kind and caring person that is going to be sure to listen to you but not sugar coat it. I have never had any issues and am glad she is that way. She is always on time with her appointments, always checking on how meds are doing for me and discusses how I am doing. She works with my counselor and together makes plans on medications adjustments if needed. I had a medication that I had a severe reaction to and went to ER, they called her and she called back immediately telling them what to do. I was amazed s... read more
Ive had doctor b for ten years now. she can be tough but only because she wants the best for you. she cares and does her best. thats what matters in a psychiatrist and thats what she does. she taught me that the first step to getting better is wanting to.
