I used Marina Bay for my latest apartment rental in Boston. Being such a competitive market it's always a toss up how the realtor will be. I was so grateful Dan was my agent because he was so up front about everything and answered all my questions honestly and had a great level of professionalism that can sometimes be lacking in this field. Definitely recommend Marina Bay and Dan to anyone on the market!!
My roommate Violet and I met Dan Dibiasio on a showing while considering renting an apartment. He was professional and went out of his way to help us in all aspects of our application process. We had lots of questions because we are first time renters and Dan was always punctual and supportive. He got back to us quickly, and assisted us in altering our lease. He even drove to meet us half way to get our papers for the lease. I very much recommend working with him if you are moving or relocating to the Boston area.
We had the pleasure of meeting Dan while we were searching for an apartment in East Boston. Unfortunately, that property was not what we were looking for but Dan had the perfect property for us once we told him what our preference was. He was able to get us into a new home in less than one week. We will definitely keep Dan as our go to realtor. He made the process easier and was very pleasant. Highly recommended!
Dan was the representative we interacted with and it was a total pleasure working with him. I liked the proactiveness in showing various available options. He is a interesting person to talk to.
