Patrick is horrible at communication. The clients he serves are not being serviced properly. He wasted my company time, and probably a week worth of time for his Client. I don't know who trainned him, but they shouldn't be proud.
Very corrupt people at MBM .
There was no parking sign anywhere in the location where I was parked and they decided to tow anyways.
Very, very rude. The people who anwser their phones in the office, including Scott, the supervisor, are extremely unprofessional. Also, they don't upkeep their premises well and when you call to complain they don't do anything to remedy the situation.
Don’t work here. My cousin was an employee. They got a PPE LOAN & built a high end residential apartment building during an epidemic. All they gave the employees in the field was 1 check . They worked all through Covid going in and out of apartments not knowing if the tenants were symptomatic or not.. Lousy raises and cheap owners. Manager is great but owners have his hands tied.
