I've lived here 5 years. A new property management company has bought the place and is increasing my rent from 835 a month to 1100 if/when I resign my lease. All they have done to improve the property is paint the front doors and promise a dog park. The rentals are run down and poorly maintained as is and now they're trying to force out existing tenants so they can take advantage of the housing demand to charge far more then the space is worth.
My home of 3 years was purchased by an out of state “Property Management” company as of last month. In return my new lease has increased by 43.75% in just one years time. There is no justifiable reason for a price increase that large.
I have lived here for 7 years. The place is not worth the rent increase. Not 1 improvement to my apartment since I’ve lived here. Everything about this place is not up to date. And the bugs that get in here because of the old windows and the front door not being sealed is horrible. It’s horrible they are increasing the rent to over $1100. So not worth it
Been here for almost 6 months. Very satisfied living here. Very homey. My neighbors are friendly and respectful. The staff is always on top of things if you call. Great price for what you get considering how high rent is downriver. Would definitely recommend.
