RecommendedBooked a pontoon with a driver for a bachelorette party. Staff was friendly, accommodating and got us out on our boat quickly to enjoy our 4 hour rental. We plan to book again when we come back to the area.
Fantastic experience renting a pontoon boat! Boat was much nicer than past rental experiences, plus we loved that they were pet friendly! Can’t wait to get back on the lake!
This was by far the worst place we’ve ever (tried) to do business with. We are a working professional family who called ahead and received no response and was treated unfairly when we went in person to inquire about availability. They were rude, inconsiderate, and disrespectful to their clients and future clients rushing them in and out of the dock—literally shoo-ing people off their dock. Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience today. Rented a boat for the 4th. The boat was not cleaned or sanitized. The boat had a dirty mask, chips, a room key, other personal belongings in it. The life vests were dirty and had mold on them. When I relayed this information to the manager, he told me to tell the girls at the front. The girls said - sorry, we are just busy. Terrible customer service. And to give an unsanitized dirty boat to a family during COVID-19, not good! We will not be returning for a rental here.

Jami, unfortunately your rental started off on a bad note. You were very upset that you and your family could not bring your own equipment, tube, jet ski, and wake board. Per Marina Bay policy, we are not insured for guests to bring their own equipment. As far as the cleanliness of the boat, Marina Bay staff insures all boats are sanitized, wiped down, and cleaned. I would rate them 8 out of 10 for the quality of their equipment and rate them a 2 out of 10 on their professionalism. There was a discrepancy when we returned the boats that we took ownership of however, they could have handled the situation in a more professional matter. I understand how complicated their job must be dealing with the masses and I’m going to assume that is the reason we were treated in a negative matter.

We had a wonderful experience! Staff was great, very prompt with getting back to me to book. We had the best 4 hours ever on the lake! They walked us through everything and how to use everything. Very nice and polite. We will definitely be back! Thank you for the great experience!
