Tim, the principal on site service repair person, deserves more than five stars. He was professional, experienced, and very clearly really wanted to be helpful. He and the central office were great about letting me know when they were going to be here. The overall rating was four stars only because of the cost, but Tim’s attentiveness to the specific needs of our situation made it worth the price.
Tim did a great job.
Great work by Po. Reliable, professional and kind . Highly recommended!
I had what I was guessing were some tree roots in my sewer line and yep, that’s what I had. The price was a bit steep - $489 for maybe 45 min of work, but I’m very happy with the result and Tim was great!
Our injector pump stopped working. Ryan cleared the tank and got it working in no time.
