Very caring providers and they’re good with my kids, plus they help schedule all 3 at the same time so we can get cleanings in one trip
The medical staff and generally everyone in this office is delightful. Dr Dehnert is an excellent dentist and I appreciate her decisions. Emily is an efficient and caring hygienist. I would only question their strictness in applying the $100 cancelation fee for cancellation with less than two days notice. I was in a situation where I didn’t understand what was happening until one day before my appointment. Too bad, $100 fee. Dr. McConnell and his staff are wonderful. I was a bit nervous about going to a new dentist after my former dentist for many years retired, but I’m very happy here. Everything, including costs, is well-explained, and everyone that has been “in my mouth” has been gentle and patient.
