This is my 1st negative review ever. I've been a patient here for three years, and to be fair: the dentists and hygienists are very good. That part of the practice earns its stars. The front desk is another story. Prior to a routine cleaning, I was handed a $560 treatment plan that my insurance covered exactly $16 of. When I asked what insurance plans actually work well with this practice — a genuine attempt to solve the problem — the answer was essentially "this practice probably isn't for you." That was it. Very friendly staff and the exam and cleaning were relatively painless. Everyone explained what they were doing and why.
Staff is wonderful to work with . Dental care profesional and caring. Always in good hands .
Great painless new hygienist who was lovely and used a laser to avoid too much poking around as my gums are very sensitive to pain
