Rude, unprofessional, and scummy.
Slumlords. Didn’t provide keys on move in day, left us stranded with all our stuff outside. Elevators constantly breaking. Issues only resolved after filing 311 complaints. Refused to work with USPS to fix the mailboxes. Gaslit us and blamed us for it. Didn’t receive mail for months. Unwilling to let us out of our lease. Heed the warning of other reviews, do not rent here. Living here is a nightmare.

Despite being a brand new building: Didn’t provide keys on move in day, Broken outlets, no hot water, no trash bins, hallways lights still don’t work. Super is MIA. Some issues resolved only after filing 311 complaints. Refused to work with USPS to fix the mailboxes. Gaslit us and blamed us for it. Have not received mail since we moved in. Unwilling to let us out of our lease. Heed the warning of other reviews, do not rent here. Marin is incompetent at best.
