I was a tenant at the 109 E 102nd building for over 4 years and had nothing short of a great experience. Not only was communication with management a breeze, but my superintendent Richie was always quick to take care of us. He went above and beyond for the tenants, and truly came to be considered family; one of a kind!
I reached out today regarding the 46th Street space and unfortunately had a very unprofessional interaction. I understand if the use isn’t a fit, but hanging up on an inquiry is unnecessary.
Packages in the building continue to be stolen and management has done nothing. There are no cameras or safety measures. The entire package room was ransacked.
