i used to love Marin General and now I am beyond upset. Firat that the lab at the hospital no longer does outpatient labs. My son has a chronic illness and needs labs drawn periodically. We were very happy with the Novato lab location until today when we found out it was Quest and they refused to draw all of his labs saying it was too much. We have been here over 2 hours trying to get a satisfactory instruction from a Doctor to advise which labs should be drawn and which ones not to draw until Monday. It is not fair for a ch... read more

RecommendedI have to say that the first visit to this Hospital was not the best, the only reason at this point that I am recommending it is because of the nursing and support staff. My son in law was in a near fatal accident on 8/7/18 he was hit at 70 miles an hr while at a stop sign. It left him in a coma.He has a wife and 5 children. He just turned 33 yrs this month.He was treated in the trauma center @Kaiser VV then transferred to Kentfield Hospital for TBI patients. He was transferred 10/30/18 to the emergency room here at Marin Ho... read more
