Waited in line - 10 people in line- for 40 minutes, two employees were sitting there, doing their thing, not calling anyone for 10 minutes or so, until I said that I have to go back to work. After that one of them popped up and started justifying that it's two of them and they have to do their thing. Only after that they remembered that there are so many people in line and started calling people. Very poor service. They should have another worker to not keep people waiting there for hours. Dissatisfied!
