I had as great of an experience at Marin General's ER that you could. Doctors saw me in a timely fashion and took care of me quickly. I was out of there in a couple of hours and on the road back to recovery.

My mom came in for an in/ out procedure. They asked her to come an hour early for preparation. She came came in at 2pm. she was scheduled at 3:30. We are still here waiting in the hospital room at 6:30 and she has not been seen. When they finally do see her, it will be a 1 hr procedure. Afterwards, she will need time to recover and then go home.This is ridiculous! No one came in to apologize or say they were backed up, late, etc. She has not eaten today and has a bad headache.
