I had both experiences, very good and bad. I went there because I had chest pain, shortness of breath, pain on my neck and jaw, I know that could be something serious but also could be stress, I really had panic attack, I never had one but I felt insecure and I think that the problem. The nurses in the ER were great, the people really wanted to make me feel good, but then they told me I had to stay because I should get stress test next morning and I wasn't going to have breakfast. I was forced to go to the er by my job when they saw I wasn't looking so good. I blamed it on anxiety. But they weren't sure. I went in with shortness of breath and chest pain on Monday the 26th. I was seen within 2 hours (which compared to Sacramento's wait time of up to 6 hours is amazing) My blood pressure and vitals were good so they were going to brush it off as anxiety as well. I thought it was a pretty cool. All the staff were so helpful. My daugbter-in-law child in 8am for delivery of twins. The dr induced the labor, which took awhile. So during the course of the day, the nurses were so nice. And they were right there keeping a eye on Katie, making sure she was ok & comfortable. Moving on to delivery time... They took Katie into delivery & after a cple of hrs they had mom, dad & babies in a room. They were showing them "how to's" for the twins. The nurses were on top of everything.
