HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE office. My mother is 81 and called to make an appt. After a 50 minute hold, the receptionist would not make an appointment for her UNLESS SHE GAVE HER HER SOCIAL SECURITY #!!!!!! I tried calling them the next day. I was put on HOLD for 1 hour and 45 minutes to NO AVAIL. The office manager did not speak to me and after the first 55 minutes, I was put on HOLD again for another over 1 hour and no one answered.
