don't let them heat anything up for you because they will charge you a 60% "heat" tax without informing you until you go to pay. I ordered a baked brie for 7.99 to take home and she asked if I'd like it heated up. we were having a picnic so I said ok. I got up to pay and she charged me 12.93. I asked do you guys charge to heat thing up? she goes yes there is a heat tax... not to mention they won't even let you sit down on a bench without spending $25 minimum in their store, we got there 30min before our party and we had to s... read more

I have always loved everything that you guys made. I loved eating by the water, having picnics out there was just idyllic. I was so sad when I left home, knowing I would be missing out. I was walking through the grocery store and saw a label that looked so familiar... It absolutely made my day to see some of your cheese all the way out in Arkansas! Was so wonderful to have a little piece of home to savor and enjoy.

Growing up in Marin, this was a favorite place to go for the best cheeses, and relaxing picnics on their beautiful grounds. I'd always take some home. Now that I live in SoCal, their Brie and Camembert are still my favorites over any other brand I've tried (including several imports from France), so I buy at my local market and enjoy with fresh sourdough from the La Brea bakery.
