I have been to the clinic once before and it was a good experience, but I am leaving a poor review now because for months I have tried getting an appointment. My understanding is they have been operating with many available hours for months now even during COVID-19. I was due for a check up and initially called to be put on the waiting list in case appointments opened up, since they didn't initially have anything when I needed it. I have always had good experiences whenever I have come to Marin Dental Care. The hygienist is very pleasant, gentle and thorough. I love the atmosphere in the office and I always feel comfortable.
I was just looking up their phone no. and saw this site listed with one star - so checked it out of curiosity. Can't believe these people are talking about the same place I go. My husband and I have been clients for years and have never had a bad experience. In fact, the office manager and staff have gone out of their way to be helpful more than once. The care has been good, the cleanings fast but gentle. Unfortunately, people seem to be much quicker with criticisms than with compliments.
After years of not going to the dentist I finally decided I needed to go to make my smile look better. I went to Marin Dental recently so that my teeth would be clean for meeting my boyfriends family. They did a fantastic job and I love smiling now! I was surprised at how pain free the experience was and I look forward to having my teeth cleaned regularly from now on.
