I took the BLS class. The instructor didn’t introduce himself, or I didn’t catch it at least (and I was the first to a arrive) so I thought that was weird, but other than that the class was pretty good. He prepped us well for the test and I feel more prepared for real life use if I needed to perform CPR. The manikin I used didn’t have chest rise with rescue breathing but the instructor told me to “watch the neck” to look for the plastic tube to inflate. This was the best BLS course I have ever taken! Materials were accessable, clean, and functional. Key learning issued were drilled, and we got through all sections, including team approach role-play. Two thumbs up!

Very good course. Clear, concise and relevant. I have been a nurse 40 years and I will continue to take this course. John is a very good communicator. The content is excellent and extremely practical. This should be required in high school. It is the best CPR class I have taken in all my years of nursing.
I have had many classes over the years with the same instructor, John Kreiden- he is very knowledgeable and organized. This was the largest class I have ever attended and again he made it efficient and personal. Great class.
