Be warned: seeing someone at this clinic may become a day long or months long ordeal. I have been trying to get into MCC to establish care with a primary care physician. I was supposed to have an appointment earlier this year, which has been twice rescheduled by the office with little to no notice. I finally made it to my appointment today scheduled for 2:20pm. I had an appointment this morning at 10:00 a.m. 5 bon air rd.Larkspur. I was wearing special gift my Smokey Bear Baseball Cap, At my appointments end, it was nowhere to be found. I asked all staff in that off. Not one person responded with my Cap. Not Cool!
Terrible experience with this clinic. Inexperienced and rude staff. They do not handle their claims and referrals in a timely fashion. Unfortunately things won't change as this is the lowest quality insurance that is paid for by the government. Avoid going here at all costs if you can.
I tried to refill my prescription. The nurses don't follow through right away.
Lost my care and they won’t answer the phone to cancel my appointments. I don’t want to get charged for it but they won’t give me any response and I’ve been calling for the last 3 days. I don’t think anyone actually works here phone wise. They have never answered before.
