I used to love MCC! Unfortunately has gone way down hill. Calling to get an appointment is grueling and oftentimes wait for a minimum of 40 minutes and the max I have waiting was 1 hour and 45 minutes! Oftentimes after waiting for 35 -40 minutes, I either hang up or leave a message. They offer us an option to leave a message and receive a callback within 24 hours...NOT! I eventually I just decided to drive 45 minutes to make an appointment in person and the front desk tells me they don't do that and to call!!!! UGH!!!! I... read more
