All the positive reviews are fake- staff writing them to praise themselves during downtime. Ignorant. Pitiful. Overburdened to the point of being useless. Blame the patients for anything & everything. Frighteningly unprofessional. HORRID experience at the BVHP clinic today!! LISTEN to patients!! I will be following up with a formal letter of complaint. DON’T DISMISS patients lived experiences of knowing their pain threshold. To do so feeds into the historical context of disenfranchisement around the intersections of economics and race!!! NOT OK!!
We've seen a bunch of different practices since living in Marin both for adults and for ours kids... This place was AWESOME! I was judging the front of the building (nothing fancy) pretty hard when we arrived but felt absolutely schooled on that by the time we left - Really sweet staff and Dr. Colin Spake was SO incredible with our two kids we had in for visits.
