California Cancer Care nothing short of Awesome. I am alive as living proof. I dont think anyone would chose a Cancer doctor from the Yahoo Local website listing, but there is a negative comment posted so I just wanted to say California Cancer Care is best of breed. It pains me to give this place a bad review, as everyone on the treatment staff has been wonderful. But I was treated so outrageously by the billing department that I cant send anyone here in good conscience. I am on Medicare with supplemental insurance. When I was informed that my supplemental insurance (Cigna) did not pay for all services, I assumed it was a mistake and sent several letters to Cigna. When this did not resolve the situation, Ms. Holzapeil, the resident pit bull in charge of billing took on the habit of loud... read more
