Dr. Clairwood is a very caring and knowledgeable. Friendly staff too.
It was a pleasant experience
She is lovely, kind and very patient centered. Think of everything that is off-putting by HHC and she is the opposite. Other day s coul learn from her. The care is spot on. I know I will always be properly cared for without the usual HHC office politics. REFRESHING!
Dr. Clairwood was excellent. Unfortunately, the staff gave in to a walk-in patient with a non-emergency demand to see the doctor right away because she didn't want to wait. Also, patients with appointments after me were seen ahead of me. No explanation was given.
