I would not recommend Ms. Profit. She lacks attention to detail - on the very first offer she wrote up for us, she put us, the buyers, as the seller and the seller as the buyer on the paperwork. I personally found her to be glib and dismissive.

I would not recommend Marilyn Profit. She was unhelpful during my transaction, often just sitting back while the other realtor did all the work. She was unresponsive, unprofessional, and at times outright nasty. Overall, a frustrating experience.
