They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood.They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I have been a patient of Dr. Marcus for many years, and she is the very best doctor I have ever been to. She is compassionate, but more than that, she is totally competent and thoughtful. ALL my family go to her, and we are praying she never retires! Her staff are one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It doesn't matter how many times I call with a question or concern, they are always happy to help me.
