Marilyn has helped us out tremendously while trying to sell our home. We had to move out of state and she has been good at connecting us with anything and anyone that will help sell our home. She found a contractor for us to change our flooring, & Bluebonnet Construction really came through and got the job done. She contacted us after posting our home for sale by owner Lost money going with her.. And had a buyers realtor yell at me because they were lost and she couldn’t tell them how to get there so she 3 way called me to deal with it. Marilyn Joyce was absolutely wonderful, attentive, professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process of selling our home. She made sure our home was staged and photographed beautifully. Walk throughs were organized and orderly. Open house was well advertised and we had a great turn out. Within the first day of being on the market we had offers.
