Marilyn has done an amazing job selling my house. I have used her twice in the past decade and she got to work and sold both houses quickly. She knows the market and is a great communicator. In my most recent experience, I required a quick electrical and carpet fix. Marilyn had some great resources that quickly rectified the issue that would eventually lead to a great sale.
