I have used this business often in the past few years. My last visits have been a nightmare. On one occasion one of the workers cursed at me for not accepting unsatisfactory work. The back inside of my SUV was untouched and not cleaned. The owner handled the situation at the time. Also there were 2 other vehicles who had experienced the same issue. I think that your services are overpriced and inadequate! I came in about 11:30 today to get a wash and a vacuum. Because he saw pet hair he raised the price. The bill is not itemized so I have no ideas why I was charged $60 but that is highly overpriced. I had removed all items to boxes -- there were 3 items in the vehicle. No one even opened the back to attempt to clean it. There was still hair in the drivers seat. I have beaded cushions and they can be raised and cleaned under, but that did not happen.
