Maryln and the Green Team were extremely helpful in selling our three generation family home. They're well established with many connections in the community, which was a huge plus for us. Being an older home we had to update the electrial to get it up to code, they put us in touch with a contractor who did the work for a fair price and on time for closing. Marilyn's experience and expertise was imperative for navigating this sale, I would recommend the Green Team to anyone selling or buying realestate, they got this.
The Green Team exceeded our expectations. Professional in every aspect and most helpful. We gave them the key and they took care of everything and sold our home in one week.
Absolute disgrace of a realty company. Refusing to answer phone calls and delivery of documents at the last minute has cause my wife and I’s closing to be postponed with no foreseeable rescheduling. They refuse to answer any calls or emails and have been less than helpful during the buying process. Please save yourself time and money and go with someone else!!
As a first time homebuyer Penny was able to answer all of my questions, was readily available when needed and made me feel at ease with the entire process. Even after closing Penny was attentive and quick to answer questions. I would recommend Penny and the Green team to any first time homebuyer or experienced buyers alike!
