I've now lived in Avenue living twice and I can't say nothing bad about them. I've had a couple issues with my suit. And both issues were taken care of right away. So two thumbs up
Good place to live. Very helpful staff and timely maintenance.
Avenue living never failed attending to any service and maintenance request promptly. From the customer service representative always being courteous (sorry, forgot the name) and to Marlon Reyes who attended and did a polished job in the maintenance request that I raised. Thank you!
Worst place for living in Swift Current -be aware- We lived here for one year and 5 months.. honestly, we didn't have other option since we needed a place ASAP and the only positive things of this place is the location. We decided to break our lease early after experiencing so many things.. from endless amount of roaches (obviously you dont get to see them when you have the viewing), bedbugs, and a lot but a lot of unpleasant neighbors which leads to the main problem of this place.. honestly, I don't know what is the criteri... read more
