Home buying can be a stressful process, however working with Joe Elias and Marilyn & Company the process was seamless. A year ago I worked with Joe Elias from Marilyn & Company to purchase my first house. He was the best realtor you can ever ask for. He was responsive almost the entire day and night; we had some days maybe 10 phone calls and he was always available for advice and for house hunting visits every day.
