Horrible "home health agency" if that's what you want to call it. They do not value patient care. They accept hospital referrals, bill Medicare for minimal, poor quality services rendered.
Horrible! My dad got out of the hospital & needed home care to check for INR levels. My dad has a slight case of dementia as well. The Marilu nurse called to schedule. I asked when he would come for the visits and he said weekly. He came while I was at work. I asked him to communicate any abnormal test results & other information with me. I thought he had come this week like normal but apparently he had not because now my father is in the hospital with extremely high INR levels & internal bleeding.
