Having recently joined this establishment, I am thoroughly impressed by the exceptional professionalism and expertise of the staff, particularly Dr. Gretta Thompson. Given my past medical experiences involving challenging doctors, I have been hesitant to seek medical attention. This is where I see my PCP Dr. Greta Thompson; who is wonderful as is her staff of nurses!! I have always been very pleased with the attention and level of care they strive to provide during every visit!! And have entrusted and will continue to entrust all my Health care needs to them!! Dr. Thompson always seems very on top of her practice and always seems to have my optimum health in mind during every visit and we are always discussing alternative forms of medicines and treatments!!
Front office & support staff is kind, respectful & accommodating- the low review isn’t for them. The overall system of making appointments, getting prescriptions & being able to make contact with a doctor is as ineffective as it gets. When I attempted to get a prescription refill in advance, I did my part to try & make contact with the office (in advance) & to schedule an appointment so the refill could be made. So I had an appointment at 11 today, blind in one eye so I unfortunately can't drive. Arrived at 11:05. Receptionist proceeded to talk to other's for 10 min then tell me I'm 15 minutes late. I will never go back, this is a scary issue and not a joke this is my health, I will be contacting somebody for the receptionist snappy comment. I signed a paper saying I would be respectful, and I expect the same. Doctor was nice when we met, but I'll never go back...
As a new patient I had a great experience here. I got the care I needed with very little hassle.
