Do Not Trust them. My agent kevin and aileen guzman completely screwed me at closing. The lied about the amount of commission they get paid telling me 3% but sent paper work saying 4% but stated "the 1% will go towards your closing, trust us" it did not. So they pocketed an extra 5 grand and tried to blame the builders 12 hours before closing.
He has extensive experience in real estate sales. I am grateful to Marileen for her support in the sale of the property, she is a professional person with extensive knowledge as a real estate agent, my broadest recommendations
