Marileen Nieves was the best she is awesome me and my wife love the way she treated us she went above and beyond for us if anybody needs an agent she's the one
Do Not Trust them. My agent kevin and aileen guzman completely screwed me at closing. The lied about the amount of commission they get paid telling me 3% but sent paper work saying 4% but stated "the 1% will go towards your closing, trust us" it did not. So they pocketed an extra 5 grand and tried to blame the builders 12 hours before closing.
He has extensive experience in real estate sales. I am grateful to Marileen for her support in the sale of the property, she is a professional person with extensive knowledge as a real estate agent, my broadest recommendations
