Jade Ramsey not only neglected to properly instruct me on how to do my impressions for my sleep apnea oral device, twice, causing me to pay $300.00 for another that Dr. Ramsey was scheduled to do but she wouldn't listen to me explain my perspective and be clear about how I felt she was screaming at me in the phone being childish and immature. Dr. Ramsey is Amazing at what he does. His staff was very helpful and friendly. I was definitely pleased with my service. Everything was easy and proficient.
I was very pleased with my experience with Dr. Weaver. I had been away from the dentist for many years, so there was a lot of catching up I needed. Dr. Weaver spent a lot of time with me, showing me pictures of my teeth with a digital camera, and showing me why she recommended what I needed replaced. She was very kind, and thorough in her explanations, and didn't rush me when I was asking my questions.
