RecommendedI rented from the Applebee’s for approximately 1 year and had a wonderful experience throughout. They were always very courteous when visiting for maintenance at our rental and always made sure we were taken care of in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend their rentals to all my friends and family!
After living in one of these apartments for a year and a half, I can honestly say that it was well worth it. The landlords were amazing and always there when I needed something fixed. There were many features, such as a washer, dryer, and a car port all with a very good renting price. It was a great experience living there and recommend their locations to anyone looking.
Lindsey and Alden Applebee are the greatest landlords. We will miss them! Always took care of us and made us feel like family. Only reason we moved is because we have finally found our forever home! Thanks for being so Great!
