Mariko and Heather were absolutely amazing. They sold my mom’s home when she was transferred to a residential care facility and was forced to liquidate to pay for her care expenses. It was a very challenging time for our family. These professional women went above and beyond for us. They weren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and attend to the unpleasant details that we were unable to manage. I am So incredibly grateful that we had them in our corner. They were very knowledgeable and efficient and sold the home in record ti... read more
Mariko is a superb realtor. She is reliable, available and a great communicator. We never felt pressured or rushed to make decisions, yet she moved things forward very quickly as soon as we were ready to make an offer. She has a great deal of knowledge about resources in the community and has countless connections to reliable service providers in the area. She also seems to have the best interest of her clients at heart vs just trying to make a sale. She is honest and transparent and really wonderful to work with!

The process was clear and painless due to Mariko's organizational and communication skills. She set up and accompanied me to an appointment with an official to gather more information about the property. Most importantly, she handled many meetings with contractors while I was at work. I am grateful to her dedication in providing a positive home buying experienc... read more
