Roughly 8 months ago. My experience was a breeze. I made an appointment online and was seen the same day. They answered all my questions and got me all set up and ready to go within 30 minutes. Update April 4,2025- No working phone number or website and building is locked up for what looked like construction. No way to contact for updating recs, looks like I need to find a new doc.

Well I was happy with them, even tho the first visit was kinda sketchy, until it came time to renew and I can't reach anyone to reschedule. Their phone isn't working and no way to schedule online. I probably should make a complaint against them to the state. I'm not the only one having this problem

My first time getting a card with Marijuana RX was a breeze. Very simple and easy. My 6 month follow up has been a different story. I needed to reschedule, however I was unable to call their office as every attempt reached a dead line. Their automated system that emailed me about my appointment said I could reschedule online, but that was not the case as there are no available times for me to reschedule to. Patients be ware! Somehow, this office is getting patient information and "stealing" patients from Marijuana Doctor. I was contacted to be rescheduled to this office stating that Marijuana Doctor was overbooked. I contacted Marijuana Doctor and found out this IS NOT the case. After further investigation turns out my phone number and date of birth had been changed in Marijuana Doctor's system, resulting in me being erroneously sent to Marijuana RX! WHO DOES THIS???
