I was a co-op agent with Mariia as an agent in Alabama, I had a client transferring to MS. Maria answered the phone promptly when I called and was amazing with coordination and communication throughout the entire process! She took VERY good care of my client and absolutely went above and beyond for him! I would recommend Mariia 10/10 and I will certainly send her clients in the future that are moving to her area!

Zillow assigns Mariia after you request to tour homes. In order to tour the home, she requires you to send her document proof of preapproval loan and sign a form that binds you to only work with her. I don’t understand why I would need to send a stranger my personal loan documents in order to tour a home.
