I had an incredibly unprofessional and frustrating experience at this business. The agreement was that I would return with my receipt to provide the additional gold needed for a custom job. However, when I informed the owner that I didn't have the gold and asked for my original piece back, she told me she no longer had it because she had already disposed of it.
