I received truly impressive service at this dealership. While driving on the highway, my check engine light started flashing, the engine began misfiring, and lost power. Marigold Ford has very friendly service, and they always treat their customers well. The only downside I’ve experienced is the lack of clarity around the warranty. Head office will say one thing, while the dealership says something completely different. The dealership did fix the issue, and I appreciated that. When I went to Marigold Ford to switch from my summer tires to my winter tires, you’d think they would check the air pressure before giving the vehicle back to me. I came with an out of province vehicle that required an expensive fix to be reinsured - Marigold was honest and straightforward about the work needing to be done, and got me a loaner car when I needed it. Aundria was very kind and lovely to deal with. Even though it was a pricey visit (which was expected), I left feeling good about the work done and the service I received. Thanks Marigold!
