Nikki was amazing! I just moved to the area from OH so I was nervous to find someone new to do my hair, but she was so warm and lovely my anxiety melted away immediately! She spent time at the beginning really digging into what I was looking for and making sure she understood what kind of cut I was hoping to leave with. I absolutely love my new cut (actually wearing my hair naturally curly for the first time in years) and have received tons of compliments!

I don’t praise Nicky enough. When I returned home from my appointment, my better half said, “Wow! You look great!” It’s 100% the hair. She’s the absolute best, extremely talented, and one of my favorite people to chat with to boot!

Second visit. I wanted to keep the length, so she showed how she could do some reshaping. With her scissors, shears, and razor, she refreshed my look and I left very happy.

I'm so happy I found Marigold & Opal, and I highly recommend it. I've been in the DC area for a long time and Nicky is by far my favorite stylist. She's very talented, detail oriented, and she listens. I appreciate her ideas and suggestions, and it's obvious she cares about her work. On top of all that, she's a cool cat.
