Love my shag and all the little details! Nicky is awesome!
I have been a devoted client for 5 years. Nicky is an expert colorist (especially for blondes) and truly an artist. When I’m in her chair I know I’m in the best, most professional hands.
Completely ignores texts/dismissive. I recognize Nicky/anyone in the service industry isn’t obligated to respond to inquiry texts or provide service to someone they just don’t want to work with; however, the polite/professional thing to do is be upfront and tell them to kick rocks. My interaction or lack there of with Nicky was giving unprofessional and very much mean girl energy.
Nicky does a fantastic job with both cut and color. I love that her space is private and I always enjoy our conversation during my service.
