EXTREMELY TOXIC ENVIRONMENT Overall a horrible experience and work environment. The owner and manager play favorites and proudly make it known. Be prepared to work in a very UNSTABLE work environment. Expectations are constantly changing as are your work duties. If you are looking for a great aba company with opportunities to grow, look elsewhere. You have to beg to get RBT renewals, supervision and not to mention LITTLE to NO bcba support.
