Marietta helped us buy a new house and sell our old house at the end of 2025, and we would highly recommend her! Everything went smoothly on both ends. Marietta's advice and knowledge of the neighborhood market gave us the confidence to list our house in what we feared would be a tough market, but our house ended up going under contract soon after listing and we had a smooth closing. Marietta gets the job done! I dreaded the house selling process and Marietta made it easy and convenient for my family. She was very communicative and on top of everything. She was reminding me of things, where I am the one usually sending the nudges! We had a busy schedule with a child graduating and family in and out of town, she respected that time and made sure other realtors did as well for scheduling showings or other items regarding the sell of our home.
